How safe is my credit card information?

Non-Edible Item Returns?

You can return any item for any reason for a refund within 20 days of receipt. Before you return any items, you must obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization Number) from us within the 20 days of receipt by contacting us at the below email address. Returns must be in saleable condition, with ALL original materials and packing. We must charge a 20% restocking fee (since the manufacturers charge us this fee), and the customer is responsible for return shipping. Simply email us at admin@cake-decorating-supply.com.

Edible Item Returns?

We regret that any edible products cannot be returned once purchased. Please ensure your Canon printer is suitable for the Frosting Sheets you purchase (our 10" round and 1/2 sheet Frosting sheets require large format printers which can print on 11 x 17" in paper).

Sales Tax?

We are required to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in California, US only. No tax will be charged on orders shipped outside the state of California, US.
